Russell started with Phat Farm now he has moved on to his newest venture called the Argyle Culture. I wrote a blog about hip hop fashion designers and are they respected in the world of fashion. I would have to say that Russell Simmons is probably the only guy whose fashion line is respected in the white world of fashion designers like Ralph Lauren, Polo, and Tommy Hilfiger. Argyle is for the casual man who wants to still be apart of the hip hop culture, but yet still look classy with button down shirts and blazers etc.

I only see white women wearing sexy underwear, and maybe one black girl in the ad campaign. The question is asked who is Victoria Secret Marketing their products too? I think there's are alot of women of color who are not being represented by the ads that are promoted by Victoria Secret. When I see these type of commercials it makes me think that only White Women like being sexy, and women of color are not attractive enough for Victoria Secret to make a balance ad campaign that covers all ethnicity's.
